- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 c. rice
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 3 1/2 c. hot water
- 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Saute onions, pepper and rice in oil in skillet over high heat until lightly brown, stirring constantly.

2Add hot water and remaining ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Bring to a boil.

5Cover tightly.

6Simmer 25 minutes.

7Yields 4 to 6 servings.
