Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans (with jalapeno; optional)
  • 1 can tomatoes, cut up or diced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. tortilla chips
  • bell peppers (optional)
  • garlic (optional)
  • jalapenos (optional)

Directions

    Brown ground meat in skillet with onions.

    Add raw Minute rice, Ranch Style beans and canned tomatoes (diced) with juice. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes (may need to add 1/4 cup water).

    Cut off heat.
