- 1 can Ranch Style beans (with jalapeno; optional)
- 1 can tomatoes, cut up or diced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. tortilla chips
- bell peppers (optional)
- garlic (optional)
- jalapenos (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground meat in skillet with onions.

2Add raw Minute rice, Ranch Style beans and canned tomatoes (diced) with juice. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes (may need to add 1/4 cup water).
