- 3/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- yellow cake mix
- water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt 3/4 cup butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet.

3Sprinkle the brown sugar and strawberry gelatin over butter.

4Drain the crushed pineapple over gelatin mixture. Prepare cake mix according to directions on package, using reserved pineapple juice plus water to measure 1 1/3 cups liquid. Pour cake batter over pineapple mixture.

5Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.

6Immediately turn Upside-Down Cake onto a serving dish.
