Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 pound Skirt Steak
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except steak) together in a zip top bag.

2Add the skirt steak, coat well and marinate refrigerated until ready to cook.

3Marinate for at least 30 minutes if time allows.

4In an iron skillet over medium-medium high heat, place the skirt steak.

5Slightly press down to create sear.

6For medium rare, cook for 3 minutes.

7Flip steak and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

8If more done steak is desired, cook longer.

9Let steak rest about 10 minutes, then cut thin slices against the grain.
