- 1 large cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 medium onions
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Chop cabbage, pepper, onions and pimentos.

2Heat vinegar, sugar, salt, turmeric and mustard seed in a pan.

3Bring to a boil for 6 minutes.

4Let cool, pour over cabbage, pepper, onions and pimentos.

5Put in refrigerator. Slaw will keep 6 weeks.
