Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef roast
- 2 qt. beef broth from roast
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Boil roast in large pot with 2 quarts water.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

3Cook 2 to 3 hours, until tender. Remove meat; shred it and place back into pot.

4Add potatoes.

5Mix flour and Crisco in bowl.

6In another bowl, blend eggs and water. Stir half the egg mixture into the flour mixture, then add rest of egg mixture, a little at a time.
