- 1 1/2 lb. frozen, chopped rhubarb or any berries or fruit
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1In a deep porcelain or glass baking dish, put the cup of sugar over unsweetened rhubarb or berries and stir to cover all.

2Mix remaining ingredients and just pour over mixture in baking dish and spread on top of fruit.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Serve hot topped with cream.
