- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf (crushed)
- 1 dash of pepper
- 1 dash of sea salt
- 1 dash of crushed cayenne red pepper
- 1 dash of sweet onion and herb
- 1 dash of southwest sweet and smoky
- 2 tbsp tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup picanta sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Mix seasonings, salsa, tomato paste, water, and Olive oil together.

2Turn oven to 350F.

3Roll out biscuits into flat thin disk.

4Brown ground beef.

5Place biscuit into cupcake pan.

6Add sloppy joe mix to beef.

7Cook until thickened.

8Scoop sloppy joe mix into biscuits.

9Fold biscuits over to cover sloppy joe mix.

10Trim excess biscuits.

11Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.

12Serve.
