- 12 eggs
- 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns
- 1 lb cooked and cut up bacon, ham (or a mix of them) or 1 lb sausage (or a mix of them)
- 12 cup diced onion (of course I used more.also used green peppers)
- 34 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, and other seasonings to taste

3Spray 6 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.

5Put 1/2 of the hashbrowns, meat, and onion mixture.

6Sprinkle on half the cheese.

7Repeat.

8Step Three.

9Mix together eggs, milk, sour cream and seasonings.

10Pour this mixture over the top of ingredients in slow cooker.

11Step Four.

12Cook on low for eight hours.
