- 2 lbs ground beef, browned, drained
- 1 12 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained (any kind)
- 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, 1 light, 1 dark, undrained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1After ground beef is prepared and drained, add all other ingredients to crock pot and simmer for 7-10 hours.

2If too spicy, add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
