Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder or 4 lbs pork, picnic
- 12 sandwich buns
Directions

1In a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker pot, stir in all ingredients accept pork until combined.

2Cut pork into four pieces add pork to sauce and cover well.

3Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is very tender.

4Transfer pork to a large bowl or cutting board. Set slow cooker to high and cover. Heat sauce to boiling to thicken and reduce slightly.

5While sauce boils, with two forks, pull pork into shreds.

6Add pork back into pot and cover with sauce.

7Spoon into rolls and enjoy!
