  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4 in. slices
  • 1 rib celery, cut in 1/2 in. slices
  • 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce

    In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.

    Add the steak; seal bag and toss to coat.

    Place the onion in a greased slow cooker.
