- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4 in. slices
- 1 rib celery, cut in 1/2 in. slices
- 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Directions

1In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.

2Add the steak; seal bag and toss to coat.

3Place the onion in a greased slow cooker.

4Top with the steak, celery, and tomato sauce.

5Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
