  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar divided
  • 1 ham bone-in butt-end, about 8 pounds
  • 20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Mustard, Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves McCormick(R), Ground

Directions

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the brown sugar in bottom of 6-quart slow cooker. Place ham, cut-side down, in slow cooker. Pour pineapple chunks with juice around ham.

    Mix remaining 3/4 cup brown sugar and spices in small bowl. Coat ham with spice mixture. Cover.

    Cook 6 hours on HIGH. Serve ham with pineapple chunks and juice from slow cooker.
