Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 whole Large Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 7 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 5 pounds Bone-in Pork Butt
- 1 cup Beer
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2- 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce
Directions

1Place onion and garlic in slow cooker.

2Pat pork dry and place on top.

3Add beer, sugar, chili powder, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper and cinnamon.

4Stir around.

5Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low.

6Remove pork from slow cooker and place on a plate and shred with two forks.

7Strain liquid mixture, reserving onions.

8Discard liquid.

9Place pork and onions back in slow cooker, add barbecue sauce and cook on low for 2 more hours.

10Serve and enjoy!
