- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 1/2 cups Bourbon
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- 13 cups Apple Sauce
- 3 whole Canned Chipotles In Adobo Sauce, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Adobo Seasoning
- 1 whole (4 Lb. Size) Pork Shoulder
- 6 whole Rolls, For Making Sandwiches
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Peeled And Thinly Sliced

2In a large slow cooker, combine the apple cider, bourbon, maple syrup, apple sauce, chipotle peppers, brown sugar, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, paprika, chili powder, and red adobo seasoning.

3Stir all of that together.

4Add the pork shoulder and coat it in the liquid.

5Close the slow cooker and turn it to low.

6Let the pork cook until super tender for 7 hours.

8When its done, remove the pork shoulder and let it rest for a few minutes.

9In the meantime, pour half of the cooking liquid into a pot on the stove and bring it to a low boil over medium high heat.

10Let it cook and reduce for 5 minutes, then set it aside.

12Take two forks and shred the pork shoulder.

14Transfer the pulled pork to a serving dish and pour the sauce all over it.
