- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese
- English muffins, toasted
Directions

1Butter a 9-inch casserole dish.

2Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.

3Mix them with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ham and scallions.

4Blend until smooth.

5Stuff the mixture into the egg whites.

6Arrange the egg halves in the prepared dish.

7Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan.

8Stir in the flour to form a paste and cook for one to two minutes.

9Blend in the milk and season to taste.

10Heat until thickened.

11Pour the sauce over the eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.

12Bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

13Serve over toasted English muffins.
