- 10 small potatoes (golf ball size, or smaller)
- 2 tablespoons oil or 2 tablespoons butter

1I like little Yukon Golds (skins on).

2Wash the potatoes and put them in a bowl and microwave them till done.

3CAREFUL they get hot!

4Take them one at a time and smoosh them till they are about a half an inch thick.

5I use two small wooden cutting boards for this.

6Use a spatula and transfer them into a hot skillet sizzling with a little butter or oil or a combination of both.

7Sprinkle with desired spices, salt, pepper, garlic, curry powder -- etc.

8and brown on both sides.
