- 6-8 baby potatoes (new, purple and reds)
- 4 Tblspn butter
- 2-3 Tblspn chives
Directions

1Boil the potatoes in salted water until just fork tender, drain the water and remove the potatoes.

2Put the butter into the pot and melt it down, once butter is melted add the potatoes back into the pot.

3Using a laddel or a potato masher gently press down on the potatoes until they split open.

4Stir gently to coat them with the butter then add the chives, mixing once again to coat them.

5Serve with your favorite meal.
