  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses
  • Ice

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, sherry, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and pomegranate molasses.

    Fill the shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
