- 20 lb Boston Butt
- 1 cup Yellow Mustard
- 4 cup BBQ Rub
Directions

1Trim all fat and apply mustard all over.

2Apply rub all over.

3Hot smoke @ 225F for 6 hours.

4Pull pork from smoker and temp.

5Should be @ 140-160 degrees internal temperature.

6Wrap pork in foil and add water.

7Return to smoker for 2-3 more hours.

8Pull pork and temp it.

9Should read 198.

10Remove foil and discard.

11Bring smoker to 250F and glaze pork for 30-45 minutes.

12Pull from smoker and rest for 30 minutes.

13Hand pull pork and sauce lightly.

14Serve on plain white bread bun.

15The bread is for holding the pork.
