  • 2 qt. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 16 each flatbreads (8-inch), warmed
  • smoked salmon
  • 2 qt. arugula
  • 16 each eggs, fried sunny side-up
  • 2 cups PURE KRAFT Farmhouse Ranch Dressing

    Arrange tomatoes in single layer on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.

    Season with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil.

    Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 18 to 20 min.

    or until softened and lightly charred.

    Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup roasted tomatoes, 1.5 oz.
