  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked and bones removed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion or finely chopped onions (can also use green onions)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper or dash of hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • parsley
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine salmon and next 7 ingredients.

    Shape into a ball or log.

    Chill for several hours.

    Before serving, roll ball in nuts, then parsley and paprika.
