  • 1 can (1 lb.) smoked red salmon
  • sockeye
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 whole jalapeno
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Emeril's Bam
  • 2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 dash Worchestershire sauce

    Mix all ingredients in a blener; form into a ball.
