  • 1 pound, 1-23 ounces, weight Smoked Snoek Or Any Other Smoked Fish
  • 1/2 pounds, 78 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Or Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Chili - Seeded And Chopped

    Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blitz until it is a smooth paste.

    Taste and season accordingly.

    If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk just to loosen it up.

    At this stage you can spoon the pate into ramekins and serve with melba toast or crackers or serve this Pate as a starter with some crisp lettuce.
