- 2 medium onions
- 3 celery stalks
- salt and pepper

1Salt and pepper neck and chest cavities well.

2Quarter onions and cut celery stalks into 9 pieces.

3Stuff neck cavity with 2 quarters of onion and three pieces of celery.

4Stuff chest cavity with remaining pieces of onion and celery.

5Skewer cavities, legs and wings by tying to bird.

6Salt and pepper very generously. Place on grill.

7Turn 15 minutes to keep from burning.

8Cook 10 minutes per pound.
