- 3 stalks celery
- 2 medium onions
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Directions

1Prepare grill.

2Soak hickory chips in water.

3Clean and dry turkey inside and out.

4Salt the cavity.

5Stuff neck cavity with 1 stalk celery, broken into pieces to fit, and half an onion; fasten opening with turkey pins or sew with string.

6Stuff the remaining celery and onion into body cavity.

7Truss.

8Bend wing tips to the back.

9Cover with moist paper towels and refrigerate.
