- 1 deer tenderloin or large roast
- 1 medium to large green pepper
- 1 medium to large onion
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. tap water
- garlic
Directions

1Place meat in smoker at low temperature for 2 hours.

2Lay a large oven roasting bag in a large pan, allowing room for expansion.

3Place meat in bag, liberally sprinkle with garlic. Slice pepper and onion into strips; lay equal portions on meat and in bottom of bag.

4Pour soy sauce on meat.

5Pour water in bottom of bag and seal according to bag directions.

6Preheat oven to 350° and cook for one hour.

7By using the roasting bag the steam will put moisture back in the meat.
