Smokey Salmon Spread

- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can or 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans salmon
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 3 to 4 drops natural hickory liquid smoke
- crackers or French bread rounds
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Beat cream cheese with lemon juice, milk and dill weed in mixer until light and fluffy.

3Beat in salmon and green onions until thoroughly combined.

4Season with liquid smoke to taste.

5Chill several hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

6To serve, spread on crackers and French bread round. Makes 25 servings, about 3 1/2 cups.
