- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 can onion soup
Directions

1Combine beef and crumbs.

2Add eggs, milk and seasonings and mix thoroughly.

3Shape into balls and brown in oil.

4Add onion soup and cook slowly for 20 minutes or until meatballs are tender. Variation: Use mushroom soup, flatten balls into patties and wrap each with strip of bacon.
