- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- flour
Directions

1Cut steak into servings; sprinkle with salt and pepper and dip in flour.

2Fry in a couple of tablespoons of fat until brown on both sides.

3Then add soup (use the can from which it came to measure the water) and Worcestershire sauce.

4Cover and simmer on top of stove, turning over the pieces at least once.

5Cook until it can be cut with a fork (from 1 1/2 to 2 hours).
