- 1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 to 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style beans
- rice
Directions

1Put steak, flour, salt and pepper in crock-pot.

2Stir well. Layer the remaining ingredients in order.

3Do not stir while simmering in crock-pot.

4Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.

5Then low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours.

6Stir together when ready to serve it over rice.
