Ingredients

  • 1 lb snail
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 ounces pitted olives
  • 2 ounces roasted almonds
  • 2 ounces walnuts
  • 2 slices fried bread
  • 500 ml wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Fry all the ingredients except the wine and snails.

    Remove the bay leaf, add the wine and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Boil the snails, and throw away the water. alternately use canned snails.

    Put all the fried ingredients in a blender and then add the snails.
