- 1 lb snail
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 ounces pitted olives
- 2 ounces roasted almonds
- 2 ounces walnuts
- 2 slices fried bread
- 500 ml wine
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Fry all the ingredients except the wine and snails.

2Remove the bay leaf, add the wine and simmer for 5 minutes.

3Boil the snails, and throw away the water. alternately use canned snails.

4Put all the fried ingredients in a blender and then add the snails.
