- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 4 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put beef in roaster; combine all other ingredients.

2Pour over meat.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 5 hours.

4Turn beef occasionally.

5When done, shred with a fork.
