  • 4 pounds Beef Roast
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 4 cups Chopped Celery
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

    Place roast in slow cooker on low.

    Combine all other ingredients and pour over beef.

    Shred beef after 8 hours and serve over rice, potatoes or buns.
