  • 1 c. soft margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix together thoroughly the margarine, sugar and eggs.

    In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

    Stir the dry ingredients into the first mixture. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375°.
