  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar, mixed with 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
