  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon mixed with 2 Tbsp. sugar

    Mix butter,

    Crisco, sugar and eggs.

    Blend in cream of tartar, baking

    soda, salt and flour.

    Roll dough mixture into balls (small).

    Roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture.

    Bake in 400° preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
