- 2 c. soft margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix margarine, sugar and eggs thoroughly.

2Sift together the flour, cream of tartar and soda.

3Mix together with margarine mixture until well blended.

4Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.

5Roll balls in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

6Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes, until brown but still soft.

8Dough may need to be refrigerated awhile to handle better.

9Yields about 10 dozen.
