  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t cream of tartar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 T cinnamon
