  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2-3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cream Of Tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

  • FOR THE CINNAMON-SUGAR TOPPING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Blend sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; blend well.

    Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Combine topping ingredients; roll balls in sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not overcook! Remove from the cookie sheet immediately.
