- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 package snickerdoodle mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).

2In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream and butter until light, add the eggs, and beat on low speed, until the mixture is smooth.

3Add the Snickerdoodle Mix, and continue to beat on low speed until the dough begins to form.

4Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

5Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, and roll in the cinnamon-sugar blend.

6Arrange on ungreased baking sheets 2 inches apart, and bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until light tan.

7Transfer to wire racks to cool.
