Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix butter, sugar and Large eggs thoroughly.

    Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.

    Mix well and refrigerateso the dough can roll into a walnut-size easily.

    Roll the ball and cover with cinnamon and sugar mix and place on a cookie sheet.

    Bake till light brown and soft.

    Bake at 375 degrees usually 8 to 10 min.

    I usually use self-rising flour in place of the salt and soda.
