- 1 pkg. Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. condensed milk
- 3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 3/4 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix cake mix according to package directions.

2Pour half the batter into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3While cake is baking, mix the caramels, margarine and milk.

4Melt over low heat.

5Pour caramel mixture over cake layer. Sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips.

6Spread remaining batter over cake and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
