  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix cake mix as directed.

    Pour half of the batter in a 9 x 12-inch prepared pan.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Melt caramels with milk and oleo.

    Pour over cake.

    Add nuts, chips and remainder of cake mix. Bake 20 minutes at 250°, then 10 minutes at 350°.
