  • 1 large Angel Food cake
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 pkg. plain Knox gelatin
  • 4 pkg. dream whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Real Lemon Juice (or juice of 1 lemon)
  • 1 can coconut, optional

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 4 Tbsp. hot water; add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice; mix in drained pineapple. Set aside in refrigerator until syrupy (about 15 minutes). Whip 2 packages dream whip according to directions, add to gelatin mixture.
