- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. or cake yeast
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Add sugar to warm water and stir.

2Add yeast and let stand 5 minutes.

3Sift flour and salt.

4Add yeast mixture and oil to flour.

5Knead until a soft smooth ball is formed.

6Place on a lightly floured board.

7Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Place in greased baking dish and let rise in warm place until double in size.

8Brush with melted butter.
-
9Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
