- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. chocolate bits
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat egg whites until foamy.

3Begin adding sugar gradually and continue until whites are stiff.

4Add vanilla. Gently fold in chopped nuts and chocolate bits.

5Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

6Place cookies in a preheated oven at 350°. Close oven door and turn oven off.

7Leave cookies in oven for 3 hours or overnight.

8Makes a firm cookie which stays white.

9Makes about 50.
