  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white candy coating, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • Assorted food coloring, optional
