Ingredients: 12 medium potatoes; 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese; 1 cup sour cream; 2 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1 clove garlic, crushed; 1/4 cup chopped chives; 1/2 tsp. paprika; 1 Tbsp. butter

12 medium potatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or till tender.

Mash potatoes, add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.

Beat at high speed until smooth and light.

Stir in chopped chives.

Spoon into a lightly greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
