Soda Cracker Pie

   Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat.

   Add sugar 1/3 at a time until stiff.

   Add vanilla, pecans and crackers (fine crumbs).

   Bake at 325° in ungreased pie pan.

   Cool and top with Cool Whip.

   Sprinkle with coconut.
